Credits for AI Homework Tutor are purchased through third-party platforms (Google Play Store and Apple App Store). All billing is handled by these platforms.
Generally, credit purchases are non-refundable once they have been added to your account. However, if you experience a technical failure that prevents you from using purchased credits, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement credits.
