• ✅ Bugs and errors - if possible the App will try to tell me what went wrong - so that I can fix it.

1. License

By purchasing a subscription, you receive a one year license to use all current and future features (within the subscription year).

This license:

• We have license for personal and school use, they are for direct use and not for resale.
• Cannot be transferred to another person.
• Includes all games, updates and new games released during the subscription period.
• Subscription type defines the number of concurrent logged in devices.

2. User Conduct

Users agree to:

• Use the service for its intended educational purpose.
• Not attempt to circumvent any security features.
• Not share account credentials.

3. Service Availability

While we strive for 100% uptime:

• We may occasionally have downtime for maintenance.
• We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.
• We are not liable for any interruption in service.

4. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with our service within the first week then write to us and allow us the opportunity to fix the issue that you are unhappy about, but if all else fails we will refund your subscription. We will not ask any questions and will process your refund as quickly as possible (a few business days).

5. Copying and/or Redistribution of Games

Users are strictly prohibited from copying, redistributing, or reselling the games. Additionally, any attempts to circumvent or reverse engineer the game's protection mechanisms are forbidden. Violations of these terms will result in the immediate closure of the associated account.

Each subscription is limited to three concurrent live logins. Sharing your account is prohibited and may result in termination.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes through our website and email to subscribers.
