AI Homework Tutor is a mobile app that helps students understand and solve homework problems. Simply take a photo of a question, and our AI tutor explains the concept and walks through the solution step-by-step.

It's designed for students in grades 1-12 and supports multiple languages, making it perfect for bilingual families.

Download the app from the App Store or Google Play, then follow the simple registration process. You'll need an email address to create your account.

Use the same email and password on any device. Your account, credits, and history sync automatically across all devices.

There are three ways to ask a question:

• Photo: Take a picture of the homework problem
• Upload: Choose an existing image from your gallery
• Voice: Speak your question out loud

The AI will analyse the question and provide a detailed explanation.

Our AI tutor follows a structured approach:

• Concept: Explains the underlying principle
• Focus On: Highlights key information in the problem
• Solution: Step-by-step working with explanations
• Answer: The final result with verification

Yes! After receiving an explanation, you can ask follow-up questions to clarify any step or explore the concept further. The AI remembers the context of your conversation.

AI Homework Tutor supports a wide range of subjects including:

Tap the speaker icon next to any explanation to hear it read aloud. This is especially helpful for younger learners or for language practice.

Voice Speed lets you control how fast the AI speaks. You can choose from Slow, Normal, or Fast. The app also automatically adjusts speed based on your child's age setting.

Yes! Go to Settings and select your preferred voice gender. Both options are available in all supported languages.

We support 20+ languages including English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Chinese, Hindi, Turkish, Czech, Slovak, Danish, Russian, Hungarian, and Indonesian.

Credits are used each time you ask a homework question. One credit typically equals one question with its explanation. Follow-up questions within the same session use fewer credits.

Credits never expire and remain in your account until used.

Credits are purchased through in-app purchase in the mobile app. Go to Settings → Top Up Credits and choose a credit pack. Payments are processed securely through the App Store or Google Play.

You'll receive a notification when your credits are low. Once depleted, you can still access your history and past explanations, but you'll need to top up to ask new questions.

Credits are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience technical issues, please contact our support team. Refund requests are handled through your app store's standard refund process.

We store minimal data on our servers:

• Account information (email, settings)
• Credit balance and purchase history

Homework history is stored only on your device—not on our servers. Photos are processed in real-time and immediately discarded. We do not retain any images or homework content on our servers.

No. We do not use your child's homework, questions, or any personal data to train or improve AI models. Your data is used solely to provide the tutoring service.

Yes. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the app settings, or by contacting us at admin@math-kids.club. Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Our app is designed with children's safety in mind:

• No external links or browsing capability
• AI responses are filtered for age-appropriate content
• Parent PIN protection for settings and purchases
• No advertising or third-party trackers
• GDPR and children's privacy law compliant

Try these steps:

• Check your internet connection
• Close and reopen the app
• Restart your device
• Check if the app needs updating

Make sure you've granted camera and microphone permissions to the app. Go to your device Settings → Apps → AI Homework Tutor → Permissions.

For best results:

• Ensure good lighting
• Hold the camera steady
• Make sure the text is in focus
• Avoid shadows over the homework

Try clearing the app cache, updating to the latest version, or reinstalling the app. If problems persist, contact support with your device model and app version.
